We do not offer any refunds, but we can change your reservation time if we have 7 days notice. After that you will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee.
We ask that you check the forecast and take into account the time of year when booking. If weather changes unexpectedly we are happy to move your picnic to an indoor location or reschedule you for a 50% reschedule fee for up to one year from your original booking date.
Yes, we work with catering companies who are capable of accommodating dietary restrictions. Please be sure to give us this information when you book so we can contact you and discuss further.
No, as soon as your picnic is set up and you are ready to begin we will leave. We will be available via phone or text during your picnic should any issues arise.
Yes, additional fees for locations outside of the Reno/Sparks area will apply. Some locations may require a permit fee. Location is subject to change at the discretion of Reverie staff.
Don’t sweat it! We highly recommend booking for all anticipated guests in order to maintain the quality of your picnic, but we understand that friends might drop in. We will, however, only set up enough spots and provide enough food/beverages for the amount of people requested in your booking.
Each package includes:

- Fresh flower centerpiece (for you to keep!)

- Personal size hand sanitizer (for you to use and take home!)

Please give us 20 minutes notice via phone call or text if you plan to leave earlier than expected. You are responsible for the picnic items until we return.
